Together was founded in 1974 by Henry Moser, who remains CEO and major shareholder more than 50 years later. That longevity is in itself a remarkable statement of consistency: the same individual who started the business in 1974 is still running it today, and the same philosophy — common-sense lending for people and businesses who don't fit the mainstream mould — has remained the guiding principle throughout. Over five decades, the business has operated through multiple recessions, property cycles and regulatory changes without ever abandoning its core approach.

The brand was consolidated under the Together name in 2015, bringing together what had previously been offered under separate names including Blemain Finance, Bridging Finance, Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, Lancashire Mortgage Corporation and Auction Finance. That unification reflected the reality that the products were always the same — it was the individual approach to underwriting that distinguished Together, not the brand name on the product sheet.

Today Together is one of the largest non-bank specialist lenders in the UK. The loan book stands at over £6.2 billion. More than 700 employees work from the Cheadle, Cheshire headquarters and offices across the UK. The business originates approximately £226 million in new loans each month. Awards include Mortgage Introducer Bridging Lender of the Year 2023 and Moneyfacts Best Bridging Finance Provider 2023. Both regulated and unregulated bridging is available.

Together lends from £26,000 to £5 million on bridging, with terms up to 12 months and LTVs up to 75%. Rates from 0.87% per month. Both regulated and unregulated products available. Coverage extends to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. All applications go through registered intermediaries only.
