Pricing is bespoke per deal rather than rate-card driven.

Bridging Loans from Pluto Finance

Pluto lends from £1 million to £150 million on bridging and development finance, with terms up to 24 months. Rates are priced per transaction with no standard rate card. The team covers England and Wales. Bridging products include acquisition bridges, development exit facilities and investment refinancing. All enquiries are assessed individually with a dedicated Lending Director from first discussion through to completion.
