Pallas Capital is a non-bank specialist property lender that launched its UK operation in January 2026, marking a significant international expansion. The wider Pallas Group has been active since 2016, primarily in Australia and New Zealand, where it has completed more than 1,100 loans and investment transactions worth nearly £2.75 billion and maintains a managed loan book of £1.8 billion. The UK launch is led by CEO Kevin Keenan, who brings 24 years of experience across real estate and structured finance including 18 years based in London. Chief Credit Officer Uliana Kuzmis was formerly Deputy Managing Director at Hampshire Trust Bank, where she led a transformation that doubled credit approvals. The UK business launched with material funding already in place — a forward-flow agreement with a major US credit fund, a securitised warehouse facility with a Wall Street investment bank, and Australian high-net-worth capital available for deployment.

The pitch for borrowers and brokers is explicit: many mid-market developers and investors face slow processes, shifting credit appetite and inconsistent service from existing UK lenders.
