The co-founders made a deliberate decision to focus exclusively on prime property — London, the Home Counties, and select premium locations elsewhere in the UK — and to build a lending platform backed by institutional funding alongside high-net-worth private investors.

The business was named Property Lender of the Year (Under £20 Million) at the PROPS Awards, and CEO Uma Rajah was recognised as Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the Enterprise Awards. In 2025, the business secured a £150 million additional funding facility to accelerate its lending programme.
Bridging Loans from CapitalRise Finance
CapitalRise offers bridging and development loans from £1 million to £20 million across prime residential, commercial and mixed-use assets in London and the South East. LTVs up to 75%, with rates from 0.83% per month. The lender also offers a Stabilisation Finance product for revenue-generating commercial assets, and has recently expanded into full commercial property as well as areas such as the Cotswolds, Bath and select high-value regional markets.
