Bridging Loans from BiG Property Finance

BiG lends from £50,000 to £5 million, with terms of 1 to 18 months and LTVs up to 75% on both residential and commercial investment properties. Interest rates start from 0.95% per month. All lending is unregulated, and the team is happy to consider second charge applications alongside first charge. Lending covers England and Wales only — Scotland is not currently included.
