About Avamore Capital

Founded in 2015 by Michael Dean and Zuhair Mirza, Avamore Capital was set up specifically to serve the gap in the market for SME property developers — a segment that larger banks had underserved for years. The London-based lender has since grown to over £687 million in total lending, funding more than 3,477 units across England and Wales, and has secured institutional backing from two US credit funds.
